Are you ready to make the juiciest, most flavorful turkey your family has ever tasted? Today, I'm excited to share my special recipe for a smoked spatchcock turkey that will make your mouth water. This recipe comes from my own family's Thanksgiving dinner, where it was a huge hit!

What Makes This Turkey Recipe So Special?
This recipe combines three important cooking methods that make the turkey amazing:
Brining - which makes the meat super juicy
Spatchcocking - which helps the turkey cook evenly
Smoking - which adds wonderful flavor
What Does Spatchcock Mean?
Spatchcocking means cutting out the backbone of the turkey and laying it flat. This helps the turkey cook faster and more evenly. Think of it like opening a book and laying it flat on a table!
Why Should You Brine Your Turkey?

The Magic of Brining

Brining is like giving your turkey a bath in salty, sweet water. This special bath helps the turkey stay juicy when you cook it. The salt and sugar in the water go into the meat and make it taste better too!
